So I recently dabbled into the F2P games on PS4 and one of them caught my attention: DC UNIVERSE ONLINE. It's a massively multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, or MMORPG For short.

I HATE CALL OF DUTY!

The New Black Ops 3 sounded cool and all, but all of the leveling required for EACH specialization (9 different classes to separately level up) is just obnoxious for me.

I've noticed Airmech Arena being a game the other bloggers are talking about.. I might check it out.

EKKO - Beatboxingcat

So the new champ Ekko has been released for the PBE (public Beta environment) for league of legends. So now lets talk about his abilities. (also league of legends is a PC game, not for ps4)
(ABILITIES MAY CHANGE IN THE FUTURE)

Passive: Ekko's damaging spells and attacks build up Resonance stacks on his enemies. Every third attack against the same target triggers Ekko’s passive, dealing bonus damage and slowing his enemy. If he triggers his passive on an enemy champion, you get a small speed boost.

Q: Ekko throws a device in a target direction, damaging all enemies along its path. Once it reaches max distance or hits an enemy champion, the device expands, creating a field that slows all enemy and neutral units. After a few seconds it will return to Ekko and deal damage on its way back.

W: Passive: Ekko’s basic attacks deal bonus damage to low health targets. 
Active: Ekko opens a time rift, creating an alternate reality copy of him that tosses a device to a target location. If he steps in the sphere then all enemies inside will be stunned and will grant Ekko a small shield.

E: Ekko dashes a fixed distance towards a target area. Once his initial dash has ended, Ekko gains greatly increased range on his next basic attack, deals damage to the target, and apply on hit spell effects.

R: you rewinds time, shortly turning untargetable and invulnerable before reappearing wherever he was a few seconds ago. Once he reappears, you  recover a portion of the health you lost over those few seconds while dealing tons of damage to all nearby enemies.

What is Airmech Arena? -Dorwulf

Airmech Arena is a Free-to-Play Online 3rd Person RTS with stick shooter elements. It is a fast paced RTS game where it takes your units and your own Airmech (your character) to take on the enemy team and wipe out their home base.

What's an RTS?
Short for real-time strategy, it is a game genre. An RTS game is usually from a third-person perspective, and in these games you control vast numbers of soldiers (called units) in a tactical game scenario.

What's an Airmech?
 In the future, the last survivors of the Great War continue their fight with the ultimate war machine: the AirMech. Created using lost technology, Pilots have found, salvaged, or stolen AirMechs that they use to protect the weak, or to pillage. Which side do you fight for?

The game's objective is similar to that of Starcraft II or any other RTS game you have played. Capture control points, amass an army, and wipe out the enemy. Only here, there isn't resource gathering that you have to look out for. There are methods of gaining more money, but the amount you accrue over time is insurmountable and should be a proper flow of money for the fast paced nature of the game to keep it going.

Have I mentioned that this game is Free-to-Play?? Well it is! No need to purchase anything and it is a blast to play.

NEW CHAMP / Conversation - Beatboxingcat

HEY GUYS! A teaser for the new champion named EKKO for league of legends.

The new champion is named Ekko. Finally another black champion for league. If you dont play league their is only 2 champions that are black and those are Lucian and Ekko, but Lucian has a skin that makes him white xD.

Either way, Ekko's abilities seem to go back in time, but I would guess that would be his Ult. or "R". One thing i'm not sure about is that if you go back in time you can activate the ability multiple times or just once (since he goes back in time continually). It also seems that in the teaser, if you go back in time you don't receive any health back (as it shows that his arm was still crushed even though he went back in time). Now time for my really pissed off rant.

OK, things happen at the worst time. No really they do. My radiator broke, so I now do not have a Air Conditioner and its hot as hell. Worst part about it is that to fix it it will cost near 4000$ (USD) to buy a new one. so yea, that concludes my pissed off rant.

NEW ROYALTY ELITES-Popkinkajou5

There are new Royalty Elite variant weapons coming to Advanced Warfare! First there's the M1 Irons pistol coming for free, SAC-3 getting a non-akimbo variant of it which is basically a new SMG, and now we're getting a whole slew of brand new ELITE Weapons!

ARK: Survival Evolved -Dorwulf

ARK Survival Evolved was revealed on Monday to be a brand new survival game to be coming out. Yeah yeah, there are many out already but for me, none of them caught my attention. It isn't the graphics mind you, I play old school games too and older graphics have a sense of nostalgia.

Many survival games have come out with certain themes: Zombie survival, nature survival, SURVIVAL survival, horror survival, and now we have dinosaur survival. This time, it seems like it'll be good. Not really sure yet because of lack of information It is coming to Steam's early access June 2015 and it is expected to be released June 2016.

WHAT IS ARK?

It is a 1st/3rd person dinosaur survival game Where you have to fend off against other players and dinosaurs. Fight against the dinosaurs or tame them to have mounts and/or pets. Create fortresses and have allies on your side to fight with. No information about if death is permanent and it is a restart of progress, but I believe it will be like that because of the nature of survival games. Death means you lose all progress and all items you have created and/or had at the time of death. It's a hardcore feature that makes you want to survive as long as possible.

First thing I've noticed is how beautiful the game looks. It is a marvelous piece of artwork. Hell I would have been fooled if someone said it was made by a AAA team of 500 employees (probably not). The second thing that caught my attention is the music. It has a decent musical score that was original and captivating. I loved the deep echoes of (sorry if it's the wrong instrument I suck I know) trombones bellowing.

See for yourself, the trailer is right above. People have been saying that it is what Stomping Lands should have been. Stomping Lands is the first take at a Dinosaur Survival game but it was recently taken off the Steam early access for lack of updates. It was basically a dead game where the developers were wanting money and not releasing any patches or updates for their game.

Hopefully it'll be the first RELEASED survival game. So far I don't even think a single survival game has fully been released yet. Time will tell if this is a true game or another failure of a survival game. Here's to hoping.

New trailer for Elder scrolls Online - Beatboxingcat

Again we start off being a prisoner, just like in every other elder scroll game. Honestly I don't know why Bethesda always makes us a prisoner, but that's not the point. The thing that interested me the most is when they said you can go "alone", I currently am not sure how you can go solo.

Another thing that touched my interest is how life is going to be if you become a outlaw and "steel" (see that pun right there, because you know, swords and stuff?) people's money (really, you were a prisoner for what ever crime you did and you want to continue your criminal career when you have just been given a second chance, dang....) and how successful you can be at it too/make profit.

One last thing I really found interesting is THE CHAMPION SYSTEM, once you reach level 50 this system will activate and I have no clue what it is, but really seems interesting to me. Well that concludes all that I found interesting in this trailer and as always have a good day and follow my twitch Here.

Specialists in Black Ops 3 -Popkinkajou5

Call of Duty has always been about the one soldier that you create. Gone are those days. Now you have SPECIALISTS!

Specialists are the new meta for COD. There will be 9 specialists at launch and each have a separate leveling tree. They have backgrounds and stories behind them and each are unique. They also have a unique weapon and ability that you can activate once you fill up the ability gauge. 

Ruin is a cybernetic Viking

At first glance, you might think Ruin is just your average futuristic soldier, but this guy is missing a few organic appendages. Ruin was so dedicated to becoming the ultimate super soldier that he got his own arms cut off to replace them with a set or more powerful bionic limbs.

With this newfound bionic tech he likes to approach battles not unlike the Incredible Hulk: get right up in his enemy's faces and smash them. Ruin's first equippable skill are his Gravity Spikes. When your ability gauge is full, activating the Gravity Spikes launches Ruin into the air as he slams the ground, sending a wave of destruction all around him. His alternate ability, called Overdrive, accelerates all movement for a short period of time. Perfect for capturing flags.

Out of boredom, people do crazy purchases -Dorwulf

Out of boredom of having my butt handed to in MKX and overplayed Advanced Warfare, I have purchased something I felt I shouldn't have.. I bought... Battlefield Hardline. This game is said to be a complete downgrade from Battlefield 4, however, The last Battlefield I have played is BF3 in 2011. It's been a long time since I last played a Battlefield game.

Plus, it makes for good streaming content. Games aren't so short and I can have time to talk to people on stream during loadout selection or during death. In Advanced Warfare, It's death, respawn, kill, kill, death and repeat so there hardly is time to read the comments. My Twitch is going to be even more active from now on. with plenty more streaming to do about Battlefield, Advanced Warfare, Mortal Kombat X, and probably other games down the line.

I used to stream Dragon Age Inquisition religiously, until I burned out on it. I will be getting back on that during the summer, probably starting over so I can enjoy it all, all at once. DA:I won the game of the year award for 2014 so it is a game that I'd recommend to anyone who loves phenomenal story and immersive characters.
